For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns. We carefully package your order to prevent leaks and spills during shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please let us know within seven days of receipt. We will be happy to issue you a replacement or refund. 

If you are unsure about a scent, please request "sniffies"--scented cotton swabs in ziploc baggies. You may request up to five sniffies at no charge.. 

Payment must be received in full at time order is placed. Payments may be made via bank account or credit card through PayPal.

As per United States Postal Service regulations, due to alcohol content, orders containing perfume must weigh less than 16 ounces (the 16 ounces includes the packaging materials required to keep your order from damage during shipping). As per USPS, orders containing perfume cannot be shipped Priority Mail.
